Teddy Bear Picnic and Girl Scout Fun!!

Milli's kindergarten class had a Teddy Bear Picnic in the park.  We walked from the school to the park, and then had a snack and then just played and played.  They had a great time!

Lauren was happy to be able to join the fun :)

I've never seen so many kids on the playground at one time!  There were two other field trip groups there with us.

Stacia has been having so much fun being a Girl Scout!  She got to sell cookies with her troop, and she looked so cute out in front of Albertson's.

The Girl Scouts celebrated their 100th birthday and we went to the Southern California party.  It was a full day of learning, crafting and fun!

They learned some lashing and knots

There were a lot of fun crafts

They had booths set up for every decade, I think this was the 20's.  The girls learned  that the way you held your fan could mean different things.  It was very interesting.  The way Stacia is holding hers means she wants a kiss!

They made a big banner to hang up and each girl got to put her thumbprint on it using green paint

The 70's

It was a long day, but it was really a lot of fun.  The girls were sad when it was over, but there will be plenty more fun days in the future!
